Dan Gibbs' Colorado roots are in Gunnison, where he enjoyed the outdoors and participated in his community at a young age. Dan's family shared the values of life-long learning and community service, which influenced Dan to pursue a career in public service and community improvement.
Dan is a resident of Silverthorne, Colorado and served as Director of U.S. Congressman Mark Udall's Western Slope office in Minturn.
Dan is looking to continue his public service He served one session in the Colorado State House of Representatives before being elected by the vacancy committee to fill the State Senate seat being vacated by former Senate President Joan Fitz-Gerald.
